01 Site Construction
Initially a site visit is conducted where all ideas are put together.
A Design Brief is then presented, the project is then weighed up against a number of requirements and budget to determine its work ability.
02 Drafting Concept and Sketches
3D visualization drawings are provided. Sketch layout showing all proposed new areas.
03 Working Drawings
Working drawing documentation are then completed to obtain Building Permits and also quoting up purposes for construction.
